Auburn, NH - AFD was called for alarms sounding at 5 Dartmouth Drive a 3 story office building. Upon arrival there was a smoke condition on the top floor, and alarms were sounding. It was determined a roof top unit burned out, and the smoke vented in to an unoccupied space. Smoke was evacuated, and the roof top unit was shut down.
