On a beautiful night Sept 1, 2016 a large group of family, friends, co-workers, and complete strangers came together to remember Denise Robert who’s life was tragically ended one year ago. Stories were shared by family and her former boss. MPD Chief Willard spoke to the crowd and assured there will be justice.
People lit candles and walked the same route which Denise took 1 year ago and stopped at the site of the murder. People reflected while bag piper Dan Wood played. The crowd placed flowers as a memorial to her, and said meaningful words.
