GMCC State Of The City 2-13-19

Mayor Joyce Craig delivered the State Of The City speech to attendees at the annual Greater Manchester Chamber Of Commerce event held at Fratellos in Manchester.

The Mayor delivered her second State Of The City Speech to a sold out crowd of business people who paid to attend the event. Several accomplishments were outlined as well as future plans which are underway.
