Hillsborough County Sheriff Fugitive Apprehension Unit attempted to stop a man on Union Street when he fled on foot.

The man was identified as Alvelis Baez Arias and taken into custody by HCSO and Manchester Police. He was charged with resisting detention, and there are possibly other charges coming.
