Manchester, NH - Friends, family, and others gathered at the Double Tree by Hilton in Manchester to celebrate at the Gala for Manchester Mayor Jay P. Ruais who has begin his first term serving the citizens of Manchester.
Music was provided throughout the evening by the band “Clockwork” who had everyone on their feet dancing and having an awesome time.
