On August 12, 2019, at approximately 9:40 p.m., the Manchester Police Department responded to a west side address for a 911 hang up call. When officers arrived they learned that a young child had fallen from a third story window and had serious injuries including facial trauma.

The 3-year-old girl was transported to CMC Hospital by AMR and MFD. Immediately DHART was requested and dispatched to CMC, and landed a short time later.

DHART eventually loaded the patient and flew her to Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA.

MPD detectives arrived on scene shortly after the incident began, and were scene taking measurements and documenting evidence. A window screen was seen laying on the front wall of the house directly below a third floor window which was open, and appeared to be where the child fell from.
