Fire Fighters from Manchester’s IAFF 856 picketed in front of City Hall to remind the members of Manchester’s Board of Mayor and Alderman about the need for a contract. The night of the picket Mayor Joyce Craig voted NO on the contract to break a 7 to 7 tie on the Aldermanic vote.
