MFD & AMR responded to a call for an overdose along the tracks. The man had called his girlfriend saying he was overdosing on Heroin and other drugs.
MFD & AMR administered 3 doses of Narcan and the man who was totally unresponsive walked to the ambulance, and was transported to CMC.
