MFD Capt Gregg Chouinard Retires 5-25-21

Manchester Fire Captain Gregg Chouinard has retired after serving the City Of Manchester Fire Department for 38 years. A large crowd gathered at Station 6 to show their appreciation, Captain Chouinard was presented a personalized ax.
