Milford, NH - Milford Fire responded to Hendrix cable at 830 Sunday morning for a reported fire in the building at 53 Old Wilton Rd. While in route to the call they were advised of a fire above the sprinklers, and the alarms had not activated. An updated call indicated alarm activation, and on arrival they had smoke showing.

Milford Ladder 1 was set up, and a hydrant in the parking lot of the building was used to feed the ladder truck and supply water.

The fire was extinguished, but significant smoke spread throughout the large manufacturing area. Milford Fire and Hendrix set up large fans to ventilate the smoke. Employees of the plant waited in the parking lot awaiting return to the building. No firefighters or civilians were injured.
