Manchester, NH - Manchester Fire responded to a large number of fire alarms coming in on the Eastside of Manchester on February 29, 2020. The cause of the alarms was low pressure due to a 20-inch water main which broke on Mammoth rd near Norcross St. 15,000 gallons per minute poured out of the ground, and broke pavement in the area. Water flowed down to many streets, and houses which were located downhill from the break. Initially thousands of people across Manchester lost water supply
