Merrimack, NH - A driver coming North on the Everett Tpk took Exit 10 and continued straight across Industrial Blvd, going over the guardrail and traveling nearly 100 ft down the embankment as the car rolled over.

The man in his seventies was not from the area and was confused according to a relative who came to the scene. He had been in route to watch a game of a relative at Stello’s Stadium in Nashua and became disoriented.

Merrimack Fire Rescue using ropes safely extricated the victim up the embankment to the waiting ambulance. The injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.

Kinney Towing was called to the scene who using two trucks removed the vehicle over the damaged guardrail to a flatbed. The vehicle was a Subaru Forester.

Merrimack Fire Rescue was assisted by Merrimack PD, and NHSP. MPD is handling the investigation.
