MFR and MPD responded to Island Dr for a female swimmer in distress. Upon arrival she was getting back to shore on her own. As both MFR and MPD were clearing a call came in for an echo response for a 8 year old pulled from a pool unresponsive. Upon arrival the child was responsive, and revived.
