General Incident Description:
At approximately 0628 hours on December 2nd, 2025 Nashua Fire Rescue dispatch center received a call
for a building fire at 116 Vine St. Upon arrival Engine 2 found heavy fire in the rear of 108-110 Ash St and the rear of 115 Vine St and struck a second alarm on arrival. C4 arrived on scene, took command and struck a third alarm.
Crews conducted aggressive fire attack and searches of the buildings. Due to extreme fire conditions the order was given to evacuate the fire buildings and defensive operations were
conducted.
Three more alarms were struck for manpower to the scene including mutual aid. A general alarm was struck requesting all off duty Nashua Fire Rescue personnel to respond to the scene.
Once the bulk of the fire was knocked down extensive extinguishment and overhaul operations were conducted.
The fire was declared under control.
Primary and secondary searches of the buildings were negative.
All occupants of the buildings were rescued/evacuated and three were transported to local hospitals.
Approximately 30 occupants were displaced due to fire damage.
