NHSP was requested to the scene at a School St address in Loudon, NH. Earlier police were called for a unresponsive 23-Month-Old who was transported and died. The investigation eventual resulted in the arrest of Douglas Barton, 39 and he was charged in connection with the death of Colton Emery "under circumstances manifesting in extreme indifference to the value of human life."
