NHSP Aviation - Helicopter Video

NH State Police Aviation Unit is based in Concord, NH. The unit is comprised of 2 Civilian pilots, 1 NHSP Sergent, and 3 NHSP Troopers

NH State Police recently received money from the NH Legislature to upgrade their existing Bell 407 Helicopter. The upgrade added an important new tool the FLIR camera which allows the Troopers to see in total darkness. This is used for search and rescue, and criminal apprehension. The investment is already paying off and had been used on multiple occasions in the assistance of apprehending some dangerous suspects.
