NHSP Bow Power Plant Protest

Bow, NH - On September 28, 2019 hundreds of protestors arrived in Bow, NH in the area of the power plant. The protestors were bringing awareness of the use of coal at the power plant, and the dangers it may pose. One group of protestors planned to have a peaceful demonstration, while a second group arrived with the intent to cross the property lines and be arrested for trespassing. The operation to protect the security of the plant was coordinated by Bow, NH Police which called in resources from multiple local, county and state agencies. All suspects arrested were transported to Merrimack County Jail.
