Manchester SWAT Incident Ends Peacefully After Responding To Harvard St Address

MPD responded to a Harvard Street between Hall and Wilson St at 3:23 pm according to police logs to check the condition of a person.

A short time later several additional MPD officers arrived and several blocks were shut down to traffic. MPD SWAT personnel arrived as well a group who usually does negotiations at the scene.

At approx 5:20 pm a person came out of a Harvard Street address and was handcuffed and brought to a waiting MPD Transport van.

Streets were reopened a short time later.

MPD has not issued any details on the incident at this time. We will update if any information becomes available.
