Man Charged With Assault After K9 Helps Locate Him

Hillsborough County Sheriffs witnessed an alleged assault by a man on a woman in the area of Merrimack St. They attempted to stop Chris Ricigliano who fled on foot to the area of a nearby house.

MPD K9 Officer Foster who was in the area assisted utilizing his K9 “Hank” to locate the suspect. He was located on Merrimack Street between Maple and Lincoln

Chris Ricigliano, 39 was taken into custody by Manchester. He was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest.
