Dale Holloway the accused shooter of a bishop and others at a Pelham church appeared in Hillsborough County North Court. He was in court to be arraigned on charges related to the assault of his defense attorney. At the time of the assault Holloway was at the Valley Street Jail being held on the shooting charges. New lawyers representing Holloway agreed to have Holloway to be held on preventative detention but requested he be given the right for a bail hearing if new information is developed on the case.

Holloway was escorted into the courtroom under extra security by two additional Hillsborough County Sheriff Deputies.
