Manchester, NH - First Responders were called to Pearl and Chestnut Streets for an unresponsive male in the overgrown brush. On arrival MFD and AMR came in contact with a 24-year-old male who was unresponsive, and after administering of Narcan became combative. MPD arrived on scene and due to a language barrier a Spanish speaking officer arrived on scene. The man became combative and uncooperative with MFD, AMR and MPD and was handcuffed.
