City of Manchester, NH Fire Department Always Training
MFD trained on the Merrimack River using a 160 Lb "Dummy" which was thrown off the Granite Street bridge to emulate a person jumping.
Members of Rescue 1, and Engine 11 deployed the boats and rescued the dummy pulling it in to the boat and bringing it to shore.
MFD now has a double decker boat trailer that allows them to quickly deploy two boats from one trailer.
