NASHUA, NH -On May 29, 2021 Nashua Fire Rescue received a call for a possible fire in a house at 18 Carson Circle. Several engines and ladder trucks were dispatched to the address.

First arriving firefighters reported smoke showing from the 2-story house and quickly advised all occupants were out at about 7:35 p.m.

Deputy Chief MacDonald arrived on the scene and requested a working fire status that brings mutual-aid towns to assist in covering the Nashua stations.

Firefighters stretched hose lines to the house, and ladder trucks set up for roof access. Crews were able to knock down the fire quickly, and the call was brought under control in about 15 minutes.

The fire appears to have damaged the attic area, and there is significant water and smoke damage.

This was the first fire for the new NFR Ladder 3 to respond to.
