NPD 5 Casco Shots Fired Call
Man Faces Felony Charge For Shooting Into Neighbors Nashua Apartment
On January 9, 2019 at approximately 7:02 p.m., members of the Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Alex Costello, age 28, of 5 Casco Drive Apartment F, Nashua, New Hampshire, for Reckless Conduct, Class B Felony.
On January 9, 2019 at approximately 5:59 p.m., members of the Uniform Field Operations Bureau responded to an apartment located at 5 Casco Drive for the report of shots fired. Patrol Officers learned several metal pellets had been fired from an air rifle through the wall of Alex Costello’s apartment and into the adjacent apartment, which was occupied at the time. There were no injuries.
Costello was placed under arrest by Patrol Officers without incident. Members of the Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation and Costello was ultimately charged with one count of Reckless Conduct, Class B Felony.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Costello is being currently being held without bail pending his arraignment on January 10, 2019.
