GOFFSTOWN, NH — On July 16, Goffstown police, firefighters and EMS responded to a call about two men with gunshot wounds on Mountain Road.

According to Lt Geoff Pinard, the patients were taken to the Elliot Hospital with gunshot wounds which appear to be non life-threatening.

"A 19 year old male had been shot twice in the arm and a 21 year old male had been shot in the leg," Pinard said. "Both were transported to the Elliot Hospital with non-life threatening injuries."

When first responders arrived on the scene, they reported one victim was in the area of a car on Mountain Road and were told the second victim was on a trail in the woods. Police and firefighters searched and located the second victim in the woods with a gunshot wound and removed him from the woods to a Goffstown ambulance.

Friday morning, multiple police officers were at the scene again. Officers from Goffstown, Manchester, and New Hampshire State Police were searching multiple locations in the woods. Two K-9s were used in the woods, doing what was referred to as "an article search."

Police ask that if anyone has further information on this incident to call the Goffstown Police Department at 603-497-4858 or email [email protected].
