Special Olympic Athletes Spend Time With Waterville Public Safety and Eversource Volunteers
When the athletes took a break from competing they had the opportunity to go to the Waterville Valley Public Safety complex.
The athletes had the opportunity to try their skills using the fire hose, touring the station, and sitting in the fire and police vehicles.
Eversource who had over 100 volunteers at the Winter Games provided the opportunity to take an aerial view of the area by going
up in bucket trucks,
The smiles and enthusiasm from the athletes were awesome.
