Over 200 athletes came to Waterville Valley to compete in the Special Olympics New Hampshire Winter Games.
The event wouldn’t be possible without over 400 volunteers who provide the infrastructure, support for these athletes to compete.
The lack of snow created challenges but volunteers from Derryfield School used shovels to carry snow from a nearby parking lot
to provide snow coverage for the snowshoe events.
